Planets in the Sol System

Mercury

Too close to Sol and too small to be habitable.

With too volatile an atmosphere, and too cold a temperature, this planet is not habitable.

Saturn

Saturn is a ringed gas giant. After the efforts to make the moons of Mars livable with arcology housings proved expensive and ineffective, the major powers instead funnelled their efforts into establishing bases on Titan from which to mine the other moons, and conduct research outside of Terrestrial borders.

Moons of Saturn

  • Tethys
  • Dione
  • Lapetus
  • Rhea
  • Titan

Uranus

To far from Sol to support life, even with Geothermal power and terraforming.

Neptune

Also too far from Sol to support life, Neptune nevertheless supports a number of space station that monitor gravity field flux around the Sol system.

Moons of Neptune

  • Triton - too cold to be habitable, Triton is mined by the various powers for its mineral wealth.
