Disguised as Astronema. this form is the last we see of him as we've seen him locked away in the passage of Truth without a portal to use to get out. (Preserving the TARDIS and allowing Zordon to rest in peace.)
Goku as Simon Petrikov, Franz Hopper and Van Hoenheim Respectively (Simon and Hoenheim wind up getting infancy enduced amnesia.) and his fifth Incarnation is pretty much his first, but with badass bookworm coating, what with being centuries older and all.
