Greetings and Salutations, and welcome to Robin's Workshop where I tinker with an oddball choice of newcomer with a theme that lines up with the game whence it comes and today we'll be paying respects to an Assist Trophy that did not make the final cut for Ultimate. While Kat and Ana were a force to fear when someone stumbles across them in Brawl, Wii U and 3DS, these two talented tykes were shockingly left out in the cold for what is poised to be the major Melee Killer. But with WarioWare Gold out in the wild and Ashley already redeemed into Crusade, can Kat and Ana cross over seamlessly into the playable status? That's what we're here to find out, so without further delay, Time to Tip the Scales!

But first, I will have to add a new concept into the mix concieved by deviantartist MASTER-RAiNBOW and refined by Perfection: Hybrid Fighters. To summerize, Hybrid Fighters retain their roles as Assist Trophies whist also being Fully Playable in the roster. On one hand, when the option of Assist Trophies is turned ON when one such Hybrid Fighter is selected, then the corresponding Assist Trophy will not appear until the Hybrid Fighter runs out of Stock. Conversely, if the Assist Trophy lands a KO as an Assist Trophy, then it can re-manifest as the Hybrid Fighter in question. This could be perfect if you're an eavesdropping combattant looking to photobomb an already in progress battle or a defeated player looking to get back in the game!

With that said, let's focus our sights onto the wonder twins themselves and what do we have another dynamic duo gracing the roster. Yes, this will have that infamous Ice Climber Wobble that's been a useful tool in Melee's Metagame. But it also has plenty of other tricks both from Melee and their home series, proving to be a unique blend of the two contrasting pools of ideas.
