Wait really the Luminoth came to Star World. Because you know they didn't have an entire society to rebuild or anything.

Also gee staying indoors would sure help against Phazon. That's sort of like those DUCK AND COVER UNDER YOUR DESK IT'LL SAVE YOU FROM NUKES AND RADIATION things they had in the 50's. And considering this is the substance that turned a pile of rocks into a giant floating rock monster wouldn't it just turn everyone's houses into three eyed house monsters?
