Neo Mecha Mario is one of Omega's right hand men in the Platinum Leigon and a Grand Hi-Lord, created to replace Machine Knight Captain version. A Metal Army Hi-Lord, he's loyal to Omega yet ruthless to his foes. In battle, he usually fought alongside with his brother, Neo Mecha Luigi. His appearance is meant to mock Mario's fame and heroics by committing multiple atrocities with the looks of a "hero" and a major factor to fuel enemy hate which is extremely effective on the X-Nauts and the Witchy Fury Trio. Not only he's a Grand Hi-Lord, he also the "anti-Mario" in different way, unlike Wario.

History
Creation
During Omega's creation, Dr. Albert has plans for a new generation of Metal Army robots called the New Metal Army Robots, special machines with full sentience, extreme complex thinking, and self-healing nanomachines. Along with his twin brother, NMAR-0003 Neo Mecha Luigi, they are created using the same designs of Ultra Stuffwell and Jet Gundam. Before the Fall of Mekkai, he usually trains MAR and NMAR models in the Platinum Leigon so they can surpass the Steel Leigon.
Escape from the Motherworld
During the Fall of Mekkai, Omega brought along Dr. Albert, Litera, Neo Mecha Mario himself, Neo Mecha Luigi, a battalion of new generation NMAR robots, and what MAR models he could to a secret facility that contained a prototype warp-gate called the Zakrello Gate. This allowed him to escape to safety. He then sent what remains of the Metal fleet to an unnamed and uncharted planet where he met Hi-Lady of the Sapphire Legion, Athene. However, most of the fleet never reaches the planet, as about 60% of the Metal Army were affected by the AI Disruptor and controlled by TEC-X3. Many Hi-Lords took what remnants they had and fell back to Omega's position, but nearly 25% of the Metal Army were set under the rule of the few that rejected Omega, falling prey to the SWDF and the Federation. However, even amongst the ones that came to him, there was talk of abandonment.
Even if the remnants are scattered, Neo Mecha Mario, along with his twin younger brother, pleadged their support to Omega by destroying the Ultimate AI and have revenge on the X-Nauts. What he didn't expect from his boss is the help of strange allies...
Unholy Alliance and the Metal Crusade
During the rise of the X-Nauts, Omega sent secret messages to various organizations who seemed to work towards a common goal. Then, Ein, the Dark Perforation, and the Witchy Fury Trio reacted, meeting Omega in the Azure Fortress. The groups agreed that the X-Nauts were the primary threat. Ergo, they formed an unholy alliance called the Metal Crusade. Before they plaedn out for their attack, brainwashed renegade Metal Army Robots attacked the fortress, he has no choice but to defend the fortress and kill his own former comrades under Operation: Malfunction. His role in Operation: Malfunction is to wipe out Dark Perforation Army troops protecting General LeBombe, allowing Litera to bypass the cannon fodder and assassinate him.
His duties are not over yet as he have defend the Azure Fortress again from more brainwashed Metal Army forces but this time, Omega took out the source of the renegades, transmitters allowing the Ultimate AI to control local renegade forces around the sector.
He also took part of a major offensive of retaking the Cidadel on Alinos with his brother. His first emotional shock is Athene's being a puppet for a mysterious being but later disregard that.
Later during the space free for all, he helped took down a few ships until a ship's heavy battery heavily damaged his body. His was then carried back by his brother back to the citadel where his body is being repaired.
Repairs and the Hunt
After the huge battle, he would later join the next battle to completely wipe out every X-Naut from existance. His current whereabouts are unknown along with the Metal Army. Some say they are rebuilding their empire in the Tetra Galaxy's Inner Rim.
Personal Information
Personality
Unlike his organic counterpart, his personality is the opposite. Mario's implusive and aggresive while the robot himself is slightly more careful and more calculating. His counter part solves problems with action before thinking but Neo Mecha Mario himself instantly analyzing the situation before doing the actions. He's also sly and cold-hearted to his foe yet viewed as a hero to the Metal Army, mirroring their roles.
As the second unit of the NMAR series, he can think like a living being. Unlike some of the power hungry Hi-Lords, he's very loyal to Omega himself as the right hand man of the Mecha Messiah. For some reason, he hated anything Italian related which ironic since he's created after an Italian plumber, Mario. While his twin brother have creepy ways of killing people, his threat of gruesome torture and kills to give pure chills to his foes before they die in his hands.
Abilities
Because his overall design is based off from Ultra Stuffwell and Jet Gundam, he can transform into waverider form, having the ability of flight. His central element is fire, allowing him control flames and even shoots them out his palms and being immune to anything hot, especially lava. His weapon skills are programmed into his minds thus he can use any weapons with ease. Neo Mecha Mario is able to imitate Mario's abilities down to the very last detail, except even better. The advanced engines and special leg hydrallics allow him to jump higher and farther than his biotic counterpart. The advanced engines grants him the ability to fly and it even hovers above the ground when in motion instead of running.
Final Smash: Waverider Cyclone
Neo Mecha Mario transforms into his Waverider form then spins vertically very quickly to form a gigantic tornada to suck in anyone and anything. He then set the tornado on fire using the thrusters. The firey tornado can move anywhere to suck in more victim to be either blown away or be burned by the intense flames. At the end, everyone and everything either have severe burns or reduced to ash.

Neo Mecha Mario views Omega like a fatherly figure while his comrades, brothers and sisters, especially his twin brother, Neo Mecha Luigi.

Muti-visor
Inside Neo Mecha Mario's dual monoeyes are special visors that has multiple functions, Combat, Scan, Light, Dark, X-Ray, Command, Thermal, Echo, and even meat. Most it are Metal Army origin while some are reversed engineered from stolen technology such as space pirates. All of the visors have a HUD, status data for himself and his allies, and zoom-in.

Interactions with Other Characters
Mario
Since he's created after the Mushroom Kingdom Hero, he concidered himself the superior Mario, even in looks. He even made his android disguise more handsome than his organic counterpart. The Grand Hi-Lord dispises Mario more than organic life itself.
Princess Peach
For some reason, he very interested in Peach like TEC-XX and TEC-3X but he has plans in order make the pairing work for him, roboticizing her.

During the Unholy Alliance, Neo Mecha Mario and Fawful don't get very well for obvious reasons. The familiar design reminded the Beanish madman of his organic counterpart, filling him with fury.
