Service Center

The Service Center is accessed by using the phone on the upstairs floor of your house. It allows you to alter both Sound and Download settings.

The first choice you will be offered after selecting Sounds will be whether you want the speakers/headphones to output in stereo or surroundsound.

The second setting defines whether animals in your town talk in Animalese, Bebebese, or do not make any noise at all while chatting to you.

The download settings menu will first list off your current settings then offer you the chance to change them.

The first question asked will be "Do you mind if a mysterious cat visits your town?". "I welcome all!" will allow Blanca to enter your town, whereas "Stay out!" will mean you will not encounter Blanca.

"What about downloading letters and bulletin board messages from Nintendo" is the second question. "That's fine!" will allow you to recieve letters and Bulletin Board messages from Nintendo (some of which will contain rare or exclusive gifts). "I'll pass." will mean the messages will not come through.
