Sh'licha is the Vice-President of Jewish Heritage, Social Action, and Community Service programming. On a chapter level, she conducts services/Havdallah, plans programs, and coordinates community service projects. On a council/regional level, she does the same, but also communicates with her counterparts and coordinates various council/regional wide programming, like Shul of the Month or BBG Shababt.
