Bungie is a part of Micro$oft's plan for world domination. Though they claim to have their own 7 Step Plan for World Domination, though this has yet to be proven.

[edit] Early History
Bungie started in some random city in the United States, Chicago is possible but so is Kirkland, but they quickly grew popular on the Macintosh platform, no, Macintosh "Computer", for their games Operation: Desert Storm, and Pathways into Darkness. Of course they also made a useless Pong ripoff called Gnop.
[edit] Takeoff
Bungie eventually hit true success with the Marathon series, this was major because it was the first good game EVER made on the Macintosh. It somehow featured online multiplayer, useless by today's standards, via the old dial-up modems that everyone had. Apparently it was a very addictive game, although it is substandard to Halo, suffering form poor graphics due to the following factors:
1)Macintosh's Standard Issue Graphics Cards
2) The Fact That it was around 1994!

Bungie is still working somehow, dispite splitting off from their parent, Microsoft, and basically cutting off all their funding and essentially their own heads, they still have one last treasured item....Ling Ling's Head.....
