Dudley Dursley, is the cousin of Harry Potter. His mother is Petunia a muggle, who was sister to Lily, Harry's magical mother. Dudley's father, Vernon Dursley, is also a muggle. In the Philospher/Sorcerers Stone, Dudley is given a pigs tail by Rubeus Hagrid. In the Order of the Phoenix, Harry saves Dudley from demontors. Harry is charged by the ministry of magic, for using magic outside of school, whilst saving Dudley. However, he escaped with no charges.
