The Black House is an actual house in Washington C. D and is the home of George W. Bush. It appeared during George Bush's Idiot Adventures, where everytime George went to this place he only went to go to the bathrooms.
During Paper Mario, this is where the game takes place. The game also takes place in Washington C. D and in The Mother Warp Pipe.
