"I pick Sis and Molly," I said. I could see Erin grinning and licking her lips.
"Okay," Mom said as she looked back up from her briefcase at the girls.
"Listen. The hot water won't last for all of us separately, so us girls are going to have to pair up. Okay?" she asked, looking at Molly and Erin.
"Okay," they said.
"So you girls want to go first?" Mom asked.
