Sam lays on the bed, her arms surrounding her belly, and cries, "No!"
"You may not be yet, but your body wants to be pregnant," you say. Sam closes her eyes and moans when you say it.
"No!"
"Your body wants to be your brother's pregnant slut!" you say, hoping the same reaction results. You are not disappointed, as she shakes like a leaf for several seconds. This time Sam just groans.
You start to chant 'pregnant slut' over and over in her ear. Her body twists and she moans the whole time, until, after about a minute, Sam shrieks, "Slut!" and has a full-blown climax. You grin as you watch her gorgeous naked body writhe in unstoppable ecstasy, her tits jiggling and her back arching severely. She is left panting.
After she recovers her breath, she weakly says, "I don't want to be your pregnant slut." She whimpers as she body betrays her again with an aftershock.

"No," she whispers with no breath behind it.
You just sit on the bed, watching Sam. Her hand gently caresses her belly as she silently cries on your bed. In a few minutes, she is sound asleep.
