In her bed

You wake up in your sisters bed, just a few feet from where you fell. You sit up with a start when you remember what happened, but then you see your sister sitting on the edge of the bed wearing the robe you'd seen on her before. She pushes you gently back down onto the bed, smiling at you calmly.
"It's good to see you come round, I was about to take you to the medical bay".
You say nothing. You've seen the white bodysuit you were pumping into before lying on the floor, surrounded by a puddle of your glistening cum.
"How long was I out", you mutter eventually.
"A couple of minutes. I found you over there" - she motions towards the bodysuit - "what were you doing? Because whatever it was, you've made quite a mess".
You try to think of a good excuse, but your thoughts are still scrambled from your fall and in the end you just give up and shrug.
"Ill tell you later sis, right now I'm still feeling pretty groggy".
She nods sympathetically, then strokes your hair and gives you a peck on the cheek. She continues to sit on the side of your bed, reading a book.
