Discussion and a surprise suggestion

Everyone has questions for your father, who patiently answers them. It seems like the camp is trying to increase the population and keep them men from just attacking women. They have a weird way of doing it, but your dad thinks they are sincerely trying to protect everyone, even if it means essentially rape.
"I'm not going to make us do this. We all have to agree."
Your mother says, "I have one more question. What happens if you're pregnant?"
Dad looks at her and says, "Then you only have sex when you want it, to protect the baby. You're taken out of the pool."
"Well, why don't we wait until we all get pregnant before we join the camp? At least then we don't have strangers raping us on a daily basis."
All at once, Dad, Milly, Tracy, and I all say, "What?!"
"If the three of us girls are pregnant, then we won't get raped. We just have to get busy." Turning to you, she says, "Honey, this will fall on you. Your father had a vasectomy after Milly was born, and his health has made him impotent. Heart medication makes Viagra dangerous."
You can't believe that your mother of all people is suggesting that you not only have sex with her and your sisters, but that you knock them up. A porn movie of continual sex with the three of them starts in your head. It's like a dream come true. You look at all of them with open lust. You check out your mother's simple outfit, Tracy's provocative clothes, and Milly's attempt to hide her figure.
Once the shock of her suggestion wears off a bit, your dad says, "She's right." Now your jaw really drops. He kisses your mother. "I love you, and I'm willing to let this happen, if you are. Tracy, Milly, you don't have to do this, but the alternative is getting raped by strangers. At least this way, we can do things here, in privacy and at our own pace and desire."
You can't help it, you have an erection. The women all look at you.
"So, what is it? Incest or rape?" you father says.
