Your big sis manages to get the wound bound and she looks to you. The shirt around your leg should stop the bleeding, and really it's just a flesh wound, but you give a little grimace of 'trying to be brave despite the pain'. That seems to have an effect on her because she wraps you in her arms, pressing your cheek right against those great big breasts of hers. You wrap your own arms around your waist, under the pretext of just holding and being held but also loving the touch of her warm skin on yours.
"Thanks, sis," you tell her as she sinks down a little so she's looking into your eyes but still embracing you, "I don't know what I'd do without you."
It just sort of happens. You didn't plan it, but soon, you and she move your heads forward and kiss. It's not an extreme kiss...but it is a lingering, sweet, and unmistakably romantic kiss. Afterwards, you both look at each other in shock at what you just did, but soon you're doing it again, and with great passion. The two of you are kissing deeply and wantonly, hands running through each others' hair, bodies pressed close together, tongues entwining.
