The Emergency Pro-simian Gavin is a hypothetical escape vehicle devised by Asher, Brett and Kevin during a 2009 hangout. The meme itself is a classic result of Things Misheard.

Background
Asher, Brett and Kevin arranged a summer night-time hangout in which they wandered from Kerry Park through lower Queen Anne (which Brett memorably--and inexplicably--described as "a cornucopia of activity and friendship") eventually arriving at the Seattle Center. While loitering around the Pacific Science Center, Brett recited aloud the names of several IMAX films being advertised, including "Animinalopolis." Kevin, standing some distance away, returned the call with his interpretation of what Brett said, and the back-and-forth eventually settled into "the emergency pro-simian Gavin."
Analysis
Considering this prospect, one possible interpretation would be an robotic escape pod with the body of a tarsier or lemur and the face of Gavin, which, in emergencies would scamper off to safety.
