Talking to Amy
From Torg Adventure
The two of you walk up to Amy's room and open the door. Sam walks in first.
"What are you guys doing here?" Amy asks. She's nervous and her eyes dart around the room like she's caged. You're sure she's the one who saw you.
Sam speaks before you do. "We wanted to talk about something."
Amy makes a face and then blurts out, "I didn't see anything, and I don't care who you fuck anyway. Just leave me alone!" She never had a very good poker face.
Sam continues in a calm voice, "Oh, Amy, don't worry. We're not mad. We just don't want Mom to find out yet. We don't want her to think this is hers and Aunt Karen's fault."
Amy looks at you two suspiciously. "You're not mad I saw you fucking? I won't tell Mom. I wasn't going to."
You say, "Is there something we can do that would make sure you didn't? Some favor we could do?"
Amy seems to relax a bit. "You'd do me a favor if I keep my mouth shut? Sure!"
Sam says, "I know a girl who is interested in you. Want an introduction?"
Amy brightens up. "Oh, yeah? Who?"
"Melissa the barista? The cute brunette at the coffee shop by the dojo?" Sam's voice sounds almost seductive.
Amy's jaw drops. "She's interested? In me? Really? You'd get my undying loyalty, if I got a date with her. You could fuck all you want and I'd stand guard." She's blushing.
You look over at Sam and lock eyes. You wink and she winks at the same time.
You put out your hand to Amy. "Deal?"
Amy shakes your hand. "Deal!"
Sam and Amy shake hands too. Sam says, "Deal. I'll talk to Melissa today." Then Amy hugs you both.
You say, "One more thing. Sam and I are taking a road trip for a week or so. Probably leaving tomorrow."
Amy says, "Tired of sneaking around? Okay. Needs some camping gear? I have an extra sleeping bag, an air mattress, a camp stove, and a decent tent." You smile that Amy seems to completely on-board with being a co-conspirator.
Sam says, "That would be great, hon. Max and I have to figure out where we're going still, but we'll let you know." Everyone hugs, and then you and Sam head to Sam's room.
