BftD: Heave ho?

You struggle with the plastic for a moment, but manage to brace your arms well enough, now only limited by the size of the coffin. You bend your knees, not able to do much with them. You count to three, and push with your knees and elbows as hard as you can... There was some movement, but you can't tell if it was the whole coffin flexing, or the lid lifting a little. Either way, it didn't move much, and while getting your legs free might help some, you have doubts whether that would be enough to get the top off.

What do you do?

• What the hell, it's worth a shot. What else can I do in a coffin?
• I should really make a thorough examination.
• Shout for help.
