An american comic book writer/artist from Pennsylvania who has drawn Catwoman, among others. He now has his own publishing company, Broadsword Comics, that publishes Tarot, Witch of the Black Rose. He likes women with big tits and has got a nickname, namely "the Talent". This is most likely a joke. Has his own thread on the comics board since the 19th of July, dedicated to posting Jim Balent tits. It was derailed in just one hour and became one of the most glorious train wrecks ever.
