Phoenix Rising is the Speakeasy handle for the enigmatic 'nation' of Liberty Forum. He is a tireless promoter of Truth, Justice and the American Way which he furthers mainly by watching the SciFi channel and playing various violent but enjoyable Xbox games.

He currently runs a forum which no one reads and occasionally stops into SE and LF to see what the rabble are up to.
