Lord Talon (Also known as Dr Calvert) is one of the most infamous members of the Kingdom of France of Runescape, under Louis XIII. He was the successor of the First Minister WcLoveWc, and soon became a renowned clansmen, who was feared by the people of world 42. Lord Talon was personally responsible for the second reign of white terror, which saw the arrests and executions of 10s of runescape players.
