Budgie The Helicopter is a colloquial term for when Richie removes his penis and pockets from his trousers and proceeds to spin around as if he is, in fact, Budgie The Helicopter. This horrifying experience was literally thrust upon a dozen members of Deviant Society one night on public transport.
The comparison with a helicopter is somewhat misleading. The reality is that a small, ginger, wrinkled penis twirling around looks very unlike a helicopter, more like a maggot caught on the end of a fishing hook.
