Isabel Pepper, first year Hufflepuff, is an eleven-year-old student at the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. A shy, sensitive girl, Isabel is easily embarrassed and easily influenced. She enjoys a little attention, but not too much. She is a Half-Blood: her mother was a witch, although her father is a muggle.

Family and Background

Isabel Pepper was born to Waldo and White Pepper on August 4, 1991. Her father is a muggle, and her mother was a witch who had settled in the muggle world. When Isabel was seven, her mother died in a farming accident. She was raised mostly by her Muggle father, a kindhearted yet decidedly kooky man, which has given Isabel a skewed sort of perspective. Although her mother made her well-aware of her magical potential, without her guidance Isabel could only rely on her father's exaggerations and tall-tales.
