- 308, is now a rule. It amended rule 201 to remove the term "turn."
- 309, is now a rule. It transmuted immutable rule 105 into a mutable rule.
- 310, is now a rule. It amended rule 301.
- 311, is now a rule. It amended rule 203.
- 312, is now a rule. It repealed rule 211.
- 313, is now a rule. It defines time constraints on debate and voting.
- 314, is now a rule. It defines inactivity.
The following proposals are being voted on:
- 315, is a proposal to repeal rule 209 which limits the number of mutable rules.
