- Proposal 302 has become a current mutable rule. It brings structure to the census.
- Proposal 303 is currently being debated. It is a rule proposed to add structure to the way proposals are voted on.
- Proposal 304 is currently being voted on. It aims to create a quorom for bringing proposals forward.
- Proposal 305 is currently being voted on. It would limit point acquisition/loss in the early stages of the game.
- Proposal 306 is currently being debated. It attempts to clarify what constitutes a proper proposal, and provides a method of dealing with improper proposals.
