• 308, is now a rule. It amended rule 201 to remove the term "turn."
• 309, is now a rule. It transmuted immutable rule 105 into a mutable rule.
• 310, is now a rule. It amended rule 301.
• 311, is now a rule. It amended rule 203.
• 312, is now a rule. It repealed rule 211.
• 313, is now a rule. It defines time constraints on debate and voting.
• 314, is now a rule. It defines inactivity.

The following proposals are being voted on:

• 315, is a proposal to repeal rule 209 which limits the number of mutable rules.
