YellowYoshi398, alternatively known as YY or YY398, is one of the Super Mario Wiki's many Users and one of the two current Patrollers. He is a Yellow Yoshi who, due to infliction with myopia (a sight flaw he shares with Super Luigi 821) at an early age, was willingly forced to wear thick, rectangular glasses for the rest of his life. He enjoys eating cheese and chili dogs and commonly associates himself with Paper Luigi DS, Xzelion (or "The Great Gonzo", as he has ceaselessly called him out of respect), Murzon, Max2, 3dejong, and several other Users. He is said to have had profound experiences with Lakitus in his past, which has resulted in him being rather enthusiastic about the flight-enabled Koopas; he also has a strange obsession with Merlee that has led him to occasionally go through spells where he is unable to speak without rhyming. His intermediate popularity has resulted in him appearanging in several games, stories, and comics.
