His island in the middle of Lake of Leetness.

Toa Waluigi's Island floats around in the middle of Lake of Leetness. His island originally was connected Leet Town, but when a troll attacked, it broke off of Leet Town and started floating around. Toa Waluigi uses a submarine to reach Leet Town and to explore the 500 mile deep Lake of Leetness.
