Paper Plains is a constantly mentioned, but never seen area near Leet Peak's Base. All that is known is that everything is Paper, and many Sleepy Sheep herds live there. It is rumored that Paper Jorge rules this land, however Paper Jorge has never said anything about Paper Plains. Some users still wonder where Paper Jorge goes when he is inactive. No users know where Paper Plains in located, only Wayoshi and Porplemontage know.
