Arkham Asylum is home to the criminally insane or criminals who have no control over their actions due to Mental problems.
Located on the coast of Kitchen Island and smck in the middle of the Mushroom Kingdom nobody likes going near the place in case of emergencies visits. It's guarded by Lock-Up , Juggernaught, and Mario Wiki Pen. prisoner Bane (he guards the place as a way of getting off Death row)
