The Mekhet are a Clan of shadow-hugging vampires whose relationship with darkness is stronger than other Kindred, resulting in their greater weakness towards sunlight and fire. Just as shadow cannot exist without light, so too does light banish shadow. Known as sneaky spies and information gatherers, they are stealthy and quick, and masters of Auspex, the Kindred Discipline of perception. They are sometimes called Shadows.
