London: Independent computer room and data centre consultancy, Migration Solutions, is delighted to announce its membership of The Green Grid, the global consortium of companies dedicated to advancing energy efficiency in data centres and computing ecosystems.
Members of The Green Grid come from across the data centre industry’s supply chain, from component to solution providers. Board members of The Green Grid include AMD, APC, Dell, HP, IBM, Intel, Microsoft, Rackable Systems, SprayCool, Sun Microsystems and VMware.
“Our membership of The Green Grid is a clear statement of our intention to be part of the solution to an emerging data centre energy crisis,” said Migration Solutions’ Founder and Managing Director, Alex Rabbetts. “We look forward to playing an active role in the organisation, making our contribution and working together with its other members.”
