Dearborn Island is located near the McKenzie Bridge by Rainbow community 67 km east of Eugene at longitude 44.17, latitude -122.24 at an elevation of 1,188 feet. In late 2007, there was land for sale across from it on the northeast section of the property. Portions of the area could be subject to seasonal flooding because of proximity to the McKenzie River.
