James Park Zumwalt waws born November 11, 1854 to Isac Zumwalt (of Illinois) and Jane Doak (of Illinois) in Lane County. He was once married to Dell Zumwalt but was divorced by the time of death. He was living on Rt. # 2, Eugene. The informant was J.C. Zumwalt of 435 E. 15th Street, Eugene. He was placed in the funeral home Branstetter-Simon Chapel in Eugene after his death in the Eugene Hospital on September 3, 1937. He was buried in Oakhill Cemetery.
