To the throne room
From Lord Of Utterdom
The throne is lavish with more art, all of it praising past kings, old legends, and your father himself. The room itself was little more than a stone box, highly decorated, with a large gold-leafed throne sitting square at it's back wall. The room was bare of any other furniture, as your father didn't care for the idea of sitting upon such a seat of power to metaphorically be above his visitors.
Instead, your father, rubbing at his beard, stood at the far end of the room with a short portly man and a tall thin woman, both dressed as if they were about to take leave for a ball. They discuss something quietly, but you can see from the face of the King that it is something most troubling. As you enter the room, Finn anounces your arrival.
Your father greets you with a smile and outstretched arms, hugging you tightly as you approach. He turns to introduce you then to his guests.
"This is Evern Tillasnout, Duke of Viscern and it's country, and his lovely wife Agadora." He allowed them to politely bow to you before addressing them further. "This," he said, with a smile, "is my son, the Crown Prince."
The two again bow, then stand quietly. The king puts an arm around your shoulder, and continues his conversation with the Duke.
"You were saying, Evern?"
