Remand her to the the Courtisan in charge of the servants

"You will go to the Servant Courtisan, and tell him you have fallen short in your duties. You will ask that you are punished, and tell him the Prince agrees. Fail this, and you will not have work to return to. You understand?"
She nods, then quickly leaves to do as she is told. You hear later that she was given three lashes, and it took it her nearly three weeks to heal and return to her work, but she never forgot her tools again.
With nothing left to do in the Servant's Quarters, you don't have much in the way of options.
