Investigate the cottage

You spur your horse to the cottage, curious to see who lives within it's walls. Perhaps you'll meet with someone willing to give you food and drink. Wine would be nice.
You get to the cottage and tie off your house, dismounting as you glance around. It's a small stone hut with a thatch roof and bricked chimney, and a plume of gray smoke rises from it. The smell of burning pine fills your nostrils as you approach the wooden door of the cottage.
Not but an arm's length from it, the door opens to reveal a thick red-headed woman in a plain brown dress standing in your path. She looks at you quizically, cocking her head to the side. She's a bit heavier than most women you've run across, but gorgeous beyond words.
"Might I help you?" she says.
