Kokoro Bill of Rights

From Kokorodatabase

Established in early July 2008, the Kokoro Bill of Rights was an attempt to reach agreements over various issues. These can be altered and added to if the majority of active players agree to do so. The idea is to encourage members to dicuss things openly and to make decisions as a team.

1. Forms the Kokoro Council, consisting of all active and available members.

2. Established so that, if one person decides on an item and three others (or majority) agree, it will go into effect. Otherwise, the majority can "overule" a decision and that establishment must be altered or halted.

3. Hold meetings every month or every other month to discuss the game, any problem plots or members, and bring up new ideas.

4. Prior to creating a chatroom and sending invites out, at least three people must be available and willing to participate.

5. Majority vote will decide if a newcomer is allowed into the game.

7. Make the game available in multiple formats to allow a maximum number of people to participate (AIM, LJ, forum, etc) in some way.

8. If drama drags on for what is deemed "too long", majority vote will determine a time period in which the dramatic plot must be solved or abandoned.

9. If a person cannot attend a chat, or does not wish to attend a chat, it will not be held against them.
