Out of the more noteable places in KC that Kokoro characters may remember being mentioned or have visited before. This is Tifa's bar, originally located in the Sector 7 slums in Midgar, then in Edge, then wherever it went in Dirge of Cerberus, and now finally located in Radiant Garden. Cadence and her brother run the place, and it also serves as a hangout for Charice and Tallulah during the day, where Cadence can be found serving non alcoholic drinks to friends.

It is also a residence, although aside from Cadence and Carlin, their parents are generally the only ones who live there, as Marlene and Denzel moved out. There are a few guest rooms for visitors, though, but they tend to remain empty, save for the odd occasional time someone needs a place to crash for the night, or the one time Charice passed out after trying alchohol for the first time, and Tallulah didn't want to explain to Cloud what happened.

Aside from the standards, a small jukebox sits in one corner of the bar. Charice and Zefie have been known to sing along to whatever's playing

The bar serves food as well, but it does not generally serve pastries or anything of the sorts, not that Cadence couldn't make them if requested {she prefers to keep her distance from the bar patrons, though}.
