TMCC

TMCC is Lionel's control system for their trains. Initial support for it was added to JMRI with release 1.7.3.

Technical notes:

The TMCC direction packet "alternates" the direction, it doesn't specify a new direction. Similarly, horn, etc, alternate the state, they don't definitively turn it on or off.
