a) The problelm or issue that is addressed in this article is the lack of planning effecting a cummunities quality of live.
b)If this same situation were there were a lack of planning in my community I think that. Yes, I could come up with some positive resolutions or sujestions.
c)The positive of this plan is that it has a common goal of the city to keep wildlife diversity, prevent distinction, and build parks so there would be something for the next geration.
d) The problem is that it does not protect San Fransico natural heritage from threats of off leash dogs and feral cats.
e)Yes, i think that this is a possible solution. It seems to be on the right track about how to go about it
