What are the issues and problems? Smart Growth Vs Sprawl Is the issue. Sprawl happens when a community fails to plan and gives no thought to the character it wishes to build. Where smart growth offers commuters more transportation choices. Also pollution is another problem with sprawl, it negatively impacts the whole environment.
If this where happening in your community, could you think of any positive or constructive resolutions? I don't honestly have an opinion on the matter but on the surface it seems like Smart Growth would be the best resolution. Public Transportations like buses are a huge carpool thats cheaper and saves people money on the high gas prices.
