HW5: 2749
1. Not a large amount of vegetation because of low precipitation and growing period is so short.
2. Temperate distiguish forest and grasslands and its because of agriculture.
3. Grasslands because of soil, precipitation, and large growing period.
4. Tundra- low precipitation and low growing period, desert- soil doesn't hold water and too many minerals, savannah- soil is toxic because of unending growing season.
5. Ground water level drops because of humans. Such as recreational vehicles. Agriculture is hurting grasslands and forest are experiencing clear cutting, logging, and urban sprawl.
6. Rain forest because of clear cutting and turning into agriculture.
7. Pulls out excess nutrients to clean water
8. Coral reef or Florida Everglades/Subtropical
