Here comes the complete Bio, with those parts unmentioned in the Thread-version being blued.

Name: Tiffany Aileen Vincent
Age: 9
Gender: female
Appearance: Tiffany is an afro-american girl who obviously lived on the streets for some time.
The clothes are scrounged and scantily repaired rags, her shoes mere leather wrappings. She has a small, worn pouch bound to her hip by a piece of rope which serves as belt where a few essentials are stored... among other stuff, a comb.
Aside from being dirty and ragged, she keeps her hair combed and straight and even tries to wash as often as possible.
And once the dirt is washed of, it reveals a quite pretty, even though hungering slim, girl with large, sad eyes.

Personality: Tiffany is used to be dependent on others, and not shy to ask for help. She also is somewhat klutzy and slow when being ordered to work, but that is more a self-confident problem when anybody expects something from her.
All in all Tiffany is sad rather often, but with friends and a safe home, she probably will turn out quite leaned-back and chatty, even though maybe somewhat insensible.

Background: Tiffany is not very skilled in the arts of survival, so she was lucky that her older brother took care of her ever since their Parents died.
Their Parents have been quite well earning store owners in Minneapolis, and everything would have been fine if not for the greed of a wealthy man who desired the estate on which the store stood. One day, the store burned down, taking Tiffany's father and mother away. There were no other relatives, so Tiffany and her brother Jacob were on their own, until the very same wealthy man offered to take them in as foster children.
For a little while things went well for the two, but after a few month, Jacob's curiosity took over and more or less coincidentally he eavesdropped on their new Foster Father conversation with the a strange man with a sore voice and a scar from the eye to the collar bone... it turned out this man was the fire-raiser who torched the store... by command of the wealthy man!
Of course Jacob and Tiffany had to flee the murderers, but there was nowhere to go but the streets.
And Tiffany alone would probably never have survived without Jacobs care... and it seemed her fate was sealed when Jacob was stabbed by a gang for reasons unknown to Tiffany. This was two weeks ago, and Tiffany barely had eaten since then and only drunken rain water.

Talents: Tiffany can read and write well, is moderately intelligent. Her only ability for the street is panhandling. She is physically weak, but somewhat tough.
She can cook some simply meals, but lacked the opportunity to do so lately.
If fed well and being offered the appropriate tools, she has the potential to grow up to quite a beauty, though. That and she has fashion sense.
