Appearance:
Relatively tall, sinewy-athletic built, but definitely feminine. Her face is surprisingly soft, often decorated by a wry smile. The combination of wake green eyes and short red hair give off an impression of liveliness.
Personality: Smart and cunning, with a keen perception for social things and not few wits. She's very observant and good with people and might be a good officer if not for her lenient and mild mannered ways. On a professional level she keeps to the rules as far as possible, but isn't fanatic enough not to ignore them when needed. When on duty, she is a bit at a distance and tries not to get her personal things mixed in. When off duty, she loosens up a little, but sill is pretty defensive about any personal disclosure.
Skills/Abilities: She's a very good observer, does well with the musket and excels in hand to hand and armed melee. Her weapon of choice is the pole-axe, which gives a good reach and a devastating effect when using a steam suits strength. All Soldering things are well trained. Marching, camping, guarding, small maintenance etc.. She's also a trained forward observer and can give accurate fire solutions for artillery. Not so useful in battle, she is well educated in higher Etiquette, Heraldry and such things.
Background: Born in a rather small village, Esfir knew to work hard from an early age. She was drafted upon reaching her nineteenth birthday without finding a fiance. After Basic Military training, she received additional training as body guard... due to her exceptional awareness... and soon was assigned as honor guard for one of the Czar's daughters. Said Daughter came to age lately and married recently, making her honor guard obsolete. Esfir was transfered to a new unit. Due to her some years of service, she's not ordinary private anymore but Esfreitor.
Equipment: Steam suit, Musket, Pole-axe. A Medal for bravery and some books. Her most precious possession is a delicate silver amulet, which the Czar's daughter gave her as parting gift.
