He will ask for a spice of some kind.

Celeste Wild will ask for some ingredients to make it.

You then can rescue the chef for "stakes dipped in garlic stew" as your reward.

Adraenia Laon will ask for 12 Arnica from the strange bush outside werewolf cave.
