Fletcher is basically a friendly person, though he is definitely a little nuts. He not only believes in various Conspiracy theories, he also believes to be victim of one. He behaves very careful, balancing bottles on door knobs, prepared escape ways, his apartment lined out with fire accelerator, constant shoulder looking, never acting predicable.

Background:
Fletcher was born and raised in L.A., he lived himself apart from his family and has no close friends, merely a few regular acquaintances like the book store keeper or the Car Mechanics. Why he developed his eccentric paranoid habits is not apparent.
