Gender: Female
Appearance: Black hair and dark brown eyes with tan skin. She looks Arabic/Egyptian. Because she is Egyptian. She does not, however, dress like an ancient Egyptian or a Muslim. She wears a dress suit usually. Her favorite is a tweed one in a khaki-ish color. When she is doing more…adventurous work, she wears a white tank top and carpenter pants filled with tools and a heavily loaded work belt. Her figure is athletic and attractive. She has gotten whistled at when walking down the street. In a heavily Muslim community. Her hair is curly/wavy and she often has to pull it back to keep it out of her face. Also she is about average in height.
Personality: Spunky and curious. She can best be described as loveable. Okay, really she can best be described as interested. She loves to learn and has been studying most of her life. Could be perceived as a bookworm if it wasn’t for what she did in her spare time.
Mundane Abilities: Speaks and reads Ancient Egyptian, speaks Arabic and English fluently, can cook Arabic foods, and knows the Book of the Dead by heart in all three languages. Strange girl this one. But oh so loveable!
Powers: Mediumship (See Nok's comments below) and Animation (Ability to speak to the dead and see the dead like the kid on Sixth Sense also the ability to bring inanimate objects to life, which can include dead mummies who have no more brains and stuff…but this isn’t necromancy. They aren’t undead. Just living empty shells I suppose. Or perhaps she is simply telekinetic and has convinced herself she can make things come to life...Not sure...depends on GM ^_~) Limitations include: Animated object must be within her range of vision even if she is not looking at it...so something behind her is fine so long as it isn't something she would have to strain to see. So a tree on a mountain doesn't count but the tree out her window could. Walls and such would block her animation obviously. Also she is limited in number or size. She can do many small items like a box of paperclips or one large item like a car. Thus the car would be her biggest limit and the number limit being dependant on how small things got ^_~.
History/Background: Isis grew up in Egypt under Mubarak. She didn’t quite agree with her nation’s political system and so called “free elections.” She did, however, love her nations history and marvelously unique culture. So she began to study it, sometimes in less than legal ways (aka sneaking into pyramids at night). Eventually they took her on as an intern, under a British archeologist who she learned English from.
