Albert, or His Grace the Grand Duke of Moritania, to give him his full title, is the 7th member of his family to rule the Grand Duchy of Moritania (Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Ontario). He recently learned of the existence of Mossy Knoll through one of his ambassadors stationed in Gal-Zabor, and decided that it would be a good idea for him to take a break from running his country for a while.
