AVATAR FADE

Avatar fade is a condition that affects characters who have been inactive for lengths of time. It is the slow fading from conversations as the other characters feel that any queries presented to the afflicted character will be ignored. The disease is transmitable and can be caused by a number of factors including forum bugs and intrusions of real life into the schedules of the avatar contollers

Treating Avatar Fade

The easiest treatment for it is a prolonged burst of activity where the character is worked back in to current events. Sadly the wider spread the disease is the easier it is to cure for a single person as the thread will not have left that avatar to far behind.
